All orders placed with The Curly Pop Shop are processed with care to ensure quality and safe delivery.
Processing Time
All orders require 5–8 business days for processing and quality inspection before shipment. Please note that custom units or specialty lengths may require additional time for sourcing and construction. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been prepared for delivery.
Shipping Time
Once processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Tracking information will be provided via email automatically once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. The Curly Pop Shop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to and scanned by the shipping carrier, The Curly Pop Shop is no longer responsible for the package. For orders marked as “Delivered” but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
