Is the hair raw or virgin? What’s the difference?

Our bundles are premium virgin hair with raw-like quality, collected from a single donor. The cuticles are fully intact and aligned in one direction, which prevents matting and tangling. The hair does not undergo any harsh chemical processing — only light water steaming is used to create a consistent texture.

Virgin hair means the hair is from a single donor with no chemical processing, but it may be lightly steamed for uniform texture. This is what we sell in our main collection.

Raw hair is completely untouched — no steam, no heat, no styling manipulation. Our raw collection will reflect this: hair in its natural state exactly as collected.
Because it is rare to consistently source raw textured hair in high volume, steamed virgin hair is often chosen for uniformity and long-term availability.

Both types are high quality, but we choose not to label steamed hair as “raw” out of integrity. You still receive long-lasting, natural-looking hair with a raw-like feel and performance.

Will the hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal with any human hair, especially after brushing or cutting the wefts during install. To reduce shedding:

• Avoid cutting the wefts

• Seal the wefts before installation

• Detangle gently and avoid rough brushing 

Excessive shedding out of the package before install may qualify as a defect (see return policy for details).

Can I dye or bleach the hair?

Yes. Our virgin hair can be dyed and professionally bleached. Because the cuticles are intact and the hair is high quality, it can lift all the way to 613 blonde when bleached by a licensed stylist.
We always recommend having a professional handle coloring or bleaching to maintain the hair’s strength and lifespan.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care and maintenance, our bundles can last 1–2 years with multiple reinstallations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout. We do not store your payment information.

How should I care for the hair?

• Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
• Detangle gently from ends to root
• Use heat protectant before hot tools
• Air-dry when possible
• Wrap or bonnet nightly to prevent friction

Proper care will extend the life, softness, and quality of your bundles.
